My hair is ruined. RUINED. She cut it all off. It's up to my shoulders. The color is awful. She totally screwed me. i can't even write about it right now.

Damn girly, that sucks, go back and demand for recoloring and for someone else to "fix" your hair, followed by a nice bitch slap!! Yep, that is what I would do!

it really is. she charged me for a full head of highlights, and all she did was take a brush and "match the color of my highlights to my roots, the nthrough in some lowlights. the rots do NOT match - they area godlen yellow orange....its hidous. 130 dollars for that??? I think not.

omg, That blows! I am so sorry, I hate hearing about good money being spent on hair, especially when you're unhappy w/the results...I know someone who may be moving near where you live. She's a friend of mine, doesn't charge and knows her shit. She did a foil for me a couple months ago and is doing my highlights tomorrow night for free. My roots are growing in (wouldn't want the hair to get *too* healthy now, lol...). If she moves over there I'll give you her number.
Sometimes those schools are a better bet. I went to the Greenwood Academy of Hair in Seattle and those girls did a way better job than people who have been doing hair for years. I think it's because of the pressure of having the work inspected after every cut/color.

Ugh! Are you SURE it's not just the initial shock? I generally hate my hair when I get home and a day or so later it's ok. Man that stinks. AT LEAST she has the decency to fix it.
