For what it's worth Meg, I know how you feel. I'm off coffee for a while because it was ruining my digestion, sleep, as well as making me gain weight. It's a bummer 'cause my co-worker Cheri brought in her $1500 espresso maker and she makes damn good coffee.
What helps is to have other treats...fruit smoothies, or creme frapuccino from Starbucks (the non-caffeine line).
Decaf? Just purely for the craving part of it?
